That's a UR catback, like usual, WORKS just rebrands stuff. They have been doing that for years.

Hope you didn't pay more than you can get it from UR.

Looks like they chrome or zinc plated it. Ceramic might have been a better way to go with this.

I'm sure it's just polished.

On second thought, you are probably right. Also, given that their muffler upgrade was $300, what is the price on something like this? The UR cat-back is like $750. I bet that this is at least $150 more.

You guys seem to harbour some angst towards Works. How come?

I have the same complaint about WORKS as I do about a number of other manufacturers. They over-charge for re-branded parts.

Well it is going to be sold for $750, so the same as the UR one. Your right, they do look the same so they maybe a rebrand...but as I had the prototype piece and it wasn't quite a bolting on (last I checked, UR's catback are pretty good at bolting on), I think they may just be using the UR design. There was much grinding and adjusting involved (and yes I paid less for being a test bed). It's not plated...just polished up very shiny like.

I will see what I can do for more vids.

Then why are they selling it? I don't see a point.

The center-pipe is the Evolution X version.

Maybe just a copy and not a rebrand. Copy could be better than original.
