Which High Flow Cat?

I'm currently still running the stock cat, but thinking about going with a high flow instead. I've narrowed it down to these two options, but wanted to see if anybody had opinions as to which one was better and the reason/reasons why. Thanks!

I do recall Bryan recommending that Milspec 100-cell cat...

Mil.Spec for the best gains, but any 100 or 200 cell spun metal cat. 300+ and ceramic's are a waste, might as well be stock.

Funny you say that, because that's the whole reason I listed it as one of my options. Figured it must be decent if Bryan gave it the thumbs up.

So your saying the AMS high flow cat is a waste? It's 300 cell I think.

For the cost I don't think they are worth it ($400 for maybe 10whp). TP really is the best performance, 20-30 whp for $200, but you smell fuel. Mil.Spec are so close, it's like a 5whp difference (that's nothing) and significantly cut out the fuel smell. 200 are cgood, but 300 clog really easy (many small holes rather than fewer large ones).

I don't think ceramics are a complete waste, but of course it's better to get 100 or 200 cell. I have the metallic hfc from UR and it's good. No complaints except for the smell of fuel at times, although you get used to it

Yes, Bryan (razorlab) has mentioned the 100 cell Mil.Spec cat is probably the best one to get in the past...

I bought the Tsudo resonated test pipe. It's $109 shipped with a cell fix, very noticable gains and aboslutely no fitment issues.
