Gas switch?
I'm pretty sure the dealer put e85 in my car, and I want to put 93 in it instead. How would I change this, can I just put 93 in it or can my car not even run 93?

Because I got it used from a non Mitsubishi dealership, and the dude had never seen a ralliart in his life so he just threw 85 in there:/ so can I just put 93 in while there's 85 still in the tank?

Reasons why I pump my own gas even though NJ is not self serve, I never let the gas station people do it.
EDIT: I just reread this and oops LOL I totally misread the whole concept of this thread. My bad.. I'm super tired right now hahaha

So the guy at the dealership told you he put e85 in your car? That just seems weird someone would just throw e85 into any car since there are few cars from the factory none of which are japense that use e85. It says right on the fuel door premium gas only so this guy has to be a dumb *** if this really took place. Im not sure about mixing the 2 I know going from e85 map to a 93 map you should run it as low as possible but thats not what your doing. I know on my buddies Mazda Speed 3 he has a e85 50/50 mix map so I know they can be mixed.

He did NOT put e85 in your car, it would be running like complete and total ****, if even at all.
Likely he put the lowest available octane (85 in your area, I'm guessing?) and so what you want to do is just try to keep the car below 3k rpm until you can get it down below 1/8-1/4 of a tank. The reason for this is to keep the car out of boost/high-load where it will suffer the most damage from heightened counts of spark knock.
Then, go to a gas station and add a bottle of octane booster and top off the tank with 93. You should be ok from there.
