considering 12' ralliart

yea i liked d old wheels better. and do they really not have DRL's anymore?? whn i test drove a ralliart i didn't really check that thinking it was goin b the same. so i wouldnt need to do a delete if i go with evo projectors and hid's bcuz i know that is what has been the problem for ppl who go with aftermarket hid's or evo projectors

Well...the tranny flush is 30k for severe driving and 60 for "normal"...but considering what my filter and oil looked like at 18k miles...I wouldn't go 30k before a flush.
Cable + GST basemap = 40 WHP gained.
The FR-S is kinda fun. I had quite a blast on my ride along in one...course I wasn't in the back seat. I don't think you can even fit a 10 year old in those back seats. Those seats are there for insurance purposes honestly. And to be honest, if I didn't need the practical aspects of the RA in my car, I would sorely be tempted to get this car. But I have stuff and people I need to haul around.

thats the same reason im prob not getting the frs bcuz i need the extra space. considering most ppl dont wait that long when do u think is the best time to flush fluid for the first time? 10kmiles,15k miles and how often after that? and for the GST map is the cable all u need to load it to the car and whr would i b able to get this? im a newbie to modding/tuning so if i go that route want to do it right

I would say no longer then 15k miles for the first flush and then see what things look like. If it's not so bad, do the next one at 45k...if it is do the next one at 30k and see what it looks like.
The GST basemap is on a sticky at the top of this board...have a look .

I believe he is talking about the english you are choosing to employ in your posts. With all of the abbreviations and such. Hes saying type out your words and use proper english to make your posts easier to read but to NOT type like your sending a text message.

They can. I have owned 4 mitsus in the past and they all lasted well past 100k miles while being driven very hard. That said, pretty much ANY warranty issue and you might as well not have one in some places as mitsu at the corporate level is VERY bad about warranty repairs (and you can forget conflict resolution at corporate level...their process is they call the dealer that screwed you, don't even bother to get your side of the story and rule in favor of the dealer). It's almost as if mitsu corp actively wants to go bankrupt sometimes. Yeah a bit of a rant, but I just had an issue with this recently. However, you have south coast down there who are known for taking good care of their customers so you should be fine (and the dealers up here wonders why south coast is able to keep selling in such volumes...if you don't take care of your customers, doesn't matter how good your prices are).

oh ok thats understandable and im sorry about all the abbreviations i kind of got into the habit of doing that. and about the 12 foot ralliart i meant to say 2012 but screwed up lol. in regards to the durability does that also go for awd turbo cars like this and the evo? thanks again for all your comments and opinions im starting to feel more sure about this car and what i would be getting into

Well my previous car was a 3000GT and I had an imported galant VR4 before that. Course those used the cast iron blocks created under DSM...but in all honesty, I don't see many well maintained cars crook before 100k miles. Have annoying issues like power windows or glove latches go out...yes...but cars that are well maintained tend to at least keep running. Course you can't underestimate the costs of those things either. For instance, I am paying 300 bucks out of pocket due to a warranty issue that was not covered and dealt with properly...not drivetrain related.

I'm glad someone picked up on that. Although, I was stationed at Pendelton for 3 years and we had a very nasty rainy season once.
It rains quite often here in sunny Florida during certain parts of the year (like right now) and driving down the freeway during a torrential downpour Monday evening with my new Ralliart was amazing. Set it to Gravel and had absolutely zero issues (outside of visibility on the road).
