turbo gaskets question

So im going to be installing my RAD lite in the very near future

Question i have is do i need to replace the gaskets/o-rings/seals or should they be fine? im at 38000 kms

I was planning on swaping them but its another $150-200ish i'd rather spend on
other parts if i don't have to

Remove and re-install - yeh you could maybe re-use.
But for swapping a new component/different design? Use new gaskets.

Is it worth ($200) to not to have to do the maintenance twice? Risk/Benefit.

install took a few hours - there was one bolt which was hard to get to on the turbs, but all in all, not too bad - the rad turbo has been awesome and well worth the upgrade
