an issue with my 09 ralliart

Long story short had my engine blow a few months back, just got a new engine(forged) back in her and have got a wide band installed, from idle its around 6-800 rpm, at times sounds like she wants to die and the afr is around 15-16. Been looking around here a bit and have seen that a fuel pump relay that is somewhat working to not working at all could cause you to have high afr so would that cause the rpm's to go up and down between 6-800 and make it sound like it wants to die at times while idling. I dont have direct access to the car since she is still in the shop, so hopefully with you help I might be able to solve this alot faster and less cost.
Thanks for any advice

Change that relay ASAP or you may have another engine blow on your hands. Very cheap preventative maintenance

Well swapping the relay fuses didnt change anything, tried a different maf sensor and still no luck there, when you disconnect the maf sensor it seems to fix it. Still am not sure what is going on with her. I got 2 log files one with just idle and one with a small cruise.

Maybe an obvious question, but have you made sure you don't have any small vacuum leaks? That could very well cause an irregular idle and slightly higher afr's. That's usually what people complain about when their fpr hose pops off if they haven't zip-tied it yet.

Easy check for vac leaks is use some can of liquid. Me personaly i use a can of silicone spray with a straw attachment and point shoot the areas and listen to a change in the engine as it sucks in the silicone spray
