Cracked turbo manifold
#16
It was in an accident and the whole exhuast got knocked forward a bit. I assume its the manifold because it looks like that's where I can see exhaust coming from. There is a service required light but I assume its probably just one of the o2's not showing a reading. Just waiting for my new UR single exit to come so I can reinstall the factory cat and have that all looked at

It wasn't doing this at the time, it was only a slight exhaust leak. So I figured I could just DIY it. I was going on 21 days of driving some CVT Nissan and just wanted my car back. Probably ****ed myself over

Some pictures from the accident

The rear cover is fixed now and the exhaust portion was replaced. But I don't know of too many cars that have had manifolds crack with only 18000 miles. Especially when it's been babied and never seen a winter

It's now a UR single exit exhaust and everything's good down there. Just makes you wanna cry when you pop the hood to put fluid in and you see exhaust coming from under the heat shield. And the guy from geico said to take it to Mitsubishi for diagnostics and if it is from the accident, they'll pay. I just don't get how something that started the second after the accident, with the exhaust being pushed in easily 3-4 inches could be deemed not from it? And does anyone know if autozone still reads codes for free?

Just had the obd2 read, well, it says no codes. So I'm just lost on why the service required light is on. Just has been serviced

Yup. The guy at the service dept read it and it is a clutch pressure related code. Guess the guys at autozone ain't worth a **** for reading codes. He reset it and if it comes back on soon it'll get a tranny overhaul
