BC Sponsorship/FP Green Swap

Hi everyone,

I had a thread going but I'm going to start a new one with all the correct info summarized. All the updated parts going on the car will be listed here.

Despite a bad situation with thick white smoke billowing out of my exhaust, I consider myself unbelievably lucky and honoured with what events ensued. After checking into my engine issues, it turns out there was a head gasket/valvetrain issue as well as piston rings being damaged in cyl. 1, 2 & 3. I'm not sure what caused this catastrophic failure....yet (tune most likely). Despite this unfortunate turn of events with my car, I contacted BC and they have since given me sponsorship. I do snow racing and drag racing up here in Montreal and I'm going to promote BC north of the border.

--I just want everyone to know, despite the above, my next statement is completely unbiased and strictly from an 'enthusiasts' perspective--

Dustin Spencer at BC is possibly one of the nicest/most helpful vendors I've ever spoken to. He treated me with the utmost respect from day 1 even before I mentioned I was with SSP and looking to help BC. I will have a fully built BC engine shortly with CP pistons. I will test it as hard as I can and see what comes out of it! I have great confidence in BC...Also a huge shout out to Dan @ MAP who's answered a lot of annoying questions And Kris & Jeremy @ SSP who are the best guys in the world!

Well, the least you can do with that much snow is go racing! Snow racing isn't 'fast' but it's really, really fun.

Congrats Jasoob! Its really good to see the Rep. your getting up here in Canada. I also take it you guys got dumped on in snow! Here in Fredericton NB we have average 6 foot snow banks some 12-15 feet high and about 4 feet in the low spots.

This year has been ridiculous! I can't believe how much snow fell in two weeks. We both have the same weather I'm guessing...good luck and drive safe!

As in the Canada rep, there's a large market up here and a huge Ralliart/EvoX population. I'm glad to help out all these companies get their products more recognized. You wouldn't believe how NO ONE here knew what a Rad Lite was lol.

Glad you like all the snow. Do you mind keeping my share as well, it will be rough but I don't mind seeing if I can make it though the winter with just a little.
