Three possibilities...

1) Exit Programming State.

1a) Load the last known good ROM into EcuFlash.
1b) Once it has a file, it'll show an "Exit Programming State" option under ECU. Run it.
1c) Pray.
1d) IF (and it's a big if) it successfully does stuff, flash the last known good ROM.

2) Bench Flash.
2a) Find the "how to bench flash your busted-a** ECU" thread(s) on EvoM or evoxforums.com
2b) Buy/find a REGULATED 12V bench power supply, soldering iron, wires, pins, etc.
2c) Build loom. Pull out ECU. Bench. Follow "Alternate Flash" instructions w/ EcuFlash.
2d) Pray.
2e) If your loom is connected right, it should work.

3) Get someone else to do it.
3a) Pull out ECU
3b) Take it to someone with bench flash stuff.
3c) Pay.

I've had success with both 1) and 2).
