Did it require removing the bumper? How easy is it to remove the pump?

I sent mine to ACD as well. I had no problem ever getting ahold of Matt. Try calling him again he may be quite busy.

I have called Acd tuning at least six times and left multiple messages over three weeks and never heard back.

Is this the number your calling and if so between 10-6 central time? If so Im not sure what to tell ya. I never once had a problem getting ahold of Matt and never waited more than a couple hours to get a call back from him after leaving a message. Not sure if hes just super busy or what but he does awesome work and the money you save from the rebuild over buying a new pump Id say is worth the time trying to get ahold of him. Call everyday.

On the ACD website it says:
'ACD-Tuning will be turning over business to a new party for pump rebuilds and kit sales. I will post the new company's details on this site when everything has been confirmed and all supplies transferred over. All previous orders will be honored and shipped this week. We will no longer be taking any orders for rebuilds or kits. We can still supply custom ACD flashes for customers who want the best handling for their Evo."

Also, they are in Nashville, TN but the number you show is area code '301' (which is MD - it may be part of the problem! Check the number again )

The link to the tutorial is excellent! I believe you could provide the rebuild kit and link to the tutorial to any competent machine shop (or i think i could tackle this myself) to do the work...

Great post! I don't 'fear' the lights now quite as much! [fistpump]

ACD may be so busy that they are now gonna send them out. As far as the number I posted that is Matts number its not wrong and I have called that number numerous times to talk to him. Im not the one having the problem getting ahold of him and the number I posted is correct. Im pretty sure its a cell phone.

I had my pump rebuilt by Matt last fall. Was able to remove it and reinstall it on my own and I am not a mechanic. Worked great all winter but now that the warm weather is getting here the light is starting to come on at times. It seems that when the temperature goes over 60F the pump light goes off. Does anyone know what is going on? The pump works great in cold weather. Any advice would be appreciated

its dying. once its gets hot and dry corrosion takes over. my pump worked couple winters ago, the summer hit and light was intermittent, following summer pump was completely dead
