I ran the stage 2 last night v3 93oct, and my boost wouldn't pass 13.5 on stock boost controller... Flashed back to stage one and hit 18.5.

Will try again tonight I suppose.

if you are running the v3 stage 2 map then i believe u need cobbs 3port installed. the maps are very sensitive to what cobb says is needed. i did a few 3rd gears pulls and seems to be at about 15-16psi.

Do you recommend the Cobb access port? Do the tunes give you any decent gains?

I guess it depends on your situation. For me, I don't make a lot of money so getting parts sorta came over time. I like the access port because it allowed me to slowly mod and run bolt ons safely til I was ready for a custom tune. U will see the most gains with the stage 3 map. The only thing with the ap is that u must run exactly what the map says to run or u could be asking for problems. So if money's an issue, I think it's a good investment because u can mod from stage 1-3 when funds are available then after stage 3, u can get a custom map. Plus u can usually did the ap pretty cheap in the classifieds on this forum.

I run the 3port and Stage 2 v2. Tried running Stage 2 v3 but max boost was 21 psi, on Stage 3 v2 I hit 25 psi and the car feels snappier in response and acceleration. I want to, at some point, bring it in to my local Cobb location to have them look that over and tell me why.
