Evo X FMIC, LICP, BOV Install Questions

The warranty is finally up on my '09 Ralliart (bitter-sweet), so now it is finally time to start my build. I purchased some OEM Evo X parts from one of my friends (FMIC, LICP, and BOV). I've been looking at Ralliart and Evo X parts diagrams online to see what else I will need before install.

I plan on ordering the UR UICP Full Set before starting.

The parts that are circled are the ones I purchased, the underlined ones (as well as all the others) were not included.

1. Parts 13/10/13-From IC-LICP: Will I be able to use the Ralliart parts, or do I need to order those?
2. Part 2-Hangers: I assume they're the same for both models?
3. Parts 15/18-Clamps for BOV: I assume using the Ralliart ones will be just fine?
4. Parts from IC up through UICP: Which of these will be replaced by the UR kit?
5. Will the dealership give me grief for these when I go in to get simple recall work done, SST fluid changes, etc? (My dealer: WBL Mitsu in WBL, MN)

Thanks in advance for all your help!

First thoughts:
I assume the Full UICP is for an EVO X, right? And not for a RA...

BOV is a easy remove and replace using the same clamps.

If you mean hangers the IC - yes - this too bolts right in No new hangers or hardware required.

Only your dealer can tell you if they will give you grief or not...

Also, search - there are how-tos available on the forum to make this work easier.

1. You'll need to order, it's larger than the Ralliart connector.
2. Nothing needed
3. Ralliart will work
4. As Veronica said, as long as you buy the full EVO UICP, it should have all the pieces needed.
5. Dealer shouldn't care, they have to do recalls regardless, and they wouldn't turn down maintenance work.

Also, there is a good write up on the forum explaining how to reuse part 12 for the Ralliart (you'll have to cut the hose).

Thanks for the help! I assume I'll need to order part 3 as well? Or is that included with the UR kit?

Did a little more research and I think I'm going to pick up the Dayco d71967 hose instead.

Awesome, so what's the difference between the Dayco and the stock Ralliart hose? Different diameter?

Perfect! How big of a coupler did you use between the fmic and licp? I read somewhere on here that someone said a 2.5x3 coupler wasn't long enough to connect the two.

I got a quick question, I called dealer to get a price check on a bov. I told him I had a 2014 evo mr, though I'm getting one for my 2014 RA. Why does he need my Vin number, he said to get more info on my car or he'd be guessing? Am I missing something here??

Don't buy an Evo X bov from the dealer. You can find them much cheaper used online.
