2011 RA Upgrade Question

Hey All,

I picked up a used 2011 RA back in April. Previous owner did some work to it but dealer didn't have much info on what exactly was done. Visually looking at the car it has the following:

EvoX? BOV (def not the stock one)
Bigger intercooler (bottom of IC hangs lower than the bumper)
I'm sure different IC piping as well to make it fit
Dual Exhaust (didn't see any branding on it)
Inject Intake
Carbon Fiber hood

So what would you recommend as an upgrade path given these mods (i have not gotten a tune yet to see what it's current output is)? I'm looking for EvoX level power but with a focus on reliability since it's my daily driver.

Hey, I'm just a few miles away from you in the Towson area. Look at my "signature" below and you can see what I did, which is a good path to follow. It will give you Evo power levels and reliability has been perfect with my car.

PICS!

My recommendation for now would be going the GST Basemap route until you decide to custom tune it.

May I chime in? I was wondering. What exactly does an Evo x bov profit?? I hear some of these cars that you can actually hear. Does this do that?

It holds boost better as the plastic one will start leaking once you start upgrading stuff.

How do you get the actual blow off sound or don't you want that?

You won't get the the blow off sound as its a recirculated system. You can hear it a bit if you run a cone filter intake a bit more than stock.
