We drained it all a couple weeks back and dried everything out. Could water be leaking from the turbo?

So I pulled the cat, the front half looked good. The back looked questionable, it was falling apart and rattling around in there so I put a Depo HFC I have lying around on.
It Helped a touch.
I'm now holding 15 PSI in a 3rd gear pull.(I was at 13 before)
So I did another boost leak test, I pressurized from the airbox forward.
Blocked the throttle plate side, plugged the breather, and blocked off flow to the WGA.
I pressurized to 25 psi and it took almost 10 minutes to bleed off to 20

I found a couple little leaks, all to do with the EBCS lines.
That made no impact on boost.

What should I do now guys?
I'm running out of ideas.
Could it be the turbo fins?

FWIW the other day I worked on the WGA and that seems to work fine...unfortunately the resolution on the regulator I was using was not great I would guess it was in between 12-15 psi

GOT IT!!!!!!!!

I believe the Wastegate Actuator is starting to go.
I maxed out the preload on the WGA and plugged the turbo outlet to the 3-port.
Spiked to 25.8
pulled over and removed the clamp and im Runnin 19 pounds now.

So I'll button her up and seal all the little boost lines good and proper.
Thanks for the Help guys!
