I recently started using the torque app to monitor my Ralliart (which is completely stock), and I noticed that the idle LTFT seems kind of high. So far it fluctuates between 5.x and 7.x most of the time. It occasionally goes higher (8.x-9.x), but only for a few seconds while it is adjusting then settles back down to 5.x-7.x. It goes lower too but is in that range most of the time. The cruise LTFT seems to be okay as it is always between 0-3 (and usually on the low side of that range).

I just wanted to ask if this is normal or not before I try to troubleshoot anything.

With no work done to the car that's normal...a huge part of tuning your car is "calibrating" it to run better, fuel trims are a measure for the accuracy of the calibration.

Thanks, is there a certain threshold over which I should start looking for a problem, or should I just generally not worry about the LTFT at idle right now?

Today it went up to 12.9 for about 5-10 mins before settling back down at 7. LTFT at cruise was 1.6 the whole time though.

Yea I wouldn't worry too much, do you have a wideband?

Not yet, I'm planning on getting one this summer and installing it when I do the GST TBE map (and parts for it). Right now everything is completely stock though.
