Do it! I think the brushed aluminum finish will look better with the chrome trim.

 

Did Tobin shave the bottom of the caliper mounts for you? They need 2mm shaved off to fit without issue. We ran into that problem on TORalliart's car.

what did you use to tint your tails red? Looks great!

 

This is a better picture to show the black outline I did as well. I used VHT Red tail light paint and then the VHT night shade for the outline.

 

That does look good.. hmmm....

Did you spray the whole light or just the "clear" part? also is the outline around just the outside of the light or around the individual lights?

 

I sprayed the whole light. The red is slightly darker then stock. If you spray only the "clear part" it will come out looking retarded. I'm not sure what you are asking on your second question.


I think I know what you are asking now. The black tint is just around the tail lights. There is no black line sprayed separating the two.
