Hi OP,
Just a warning, as somebody already mentioned before, most aftermarket shift knobs will not fit your car due to the mechanism that you have to pull up into the shift knob to disengage Park.
Having said that, you may want to check out our collection of Reverse Lock compatible shift knobs. They will fit your auto 100% and will look great as well. All you need to do is follow the link bellow and check out our RL compatible shift knobs. If you would like to order from the site, simply shop by thread size and pick the M10x1.25 for your MR.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know and I'll be happy to help!
Thanks
Patrick

I noticed that your knobs have an adjustable height mechanism. When I bought the Blox shifter it sat higher than the stock one because there was not enough threading within the knob itself. With your abrams knob how much higher will the knob sit than the end of the threaded shaft? Basically i just need the measurement from the top of the threaded hole to the top of the knob itself.

and you need the gap underneath the knob to allow room for the collar to slide up while shifting. otherwise you need a knob with an oversized lower end that the collar can slip inside, like the oem style. also please ignore the filthy car, lol.
