HKS Mushroom filter-Dry or wet?

Do I need to oil my HKS mushroom filter?I see it's got two different density foam material in the construction...

Nope, just wash, dry, and reinstall.

HKS recommends the 3 layer one if you live in a high dust area. The 2 layer would be more preferable for tracks.

Mine should be fine then,I only drive on normal roads on weekends only,and i do wash it a lot.
