I recently got my 2011 Ralliart

This thread will be a log of my Mods

Starting off slow as it is the winter and I have no garage :P


Heading to Montreal to pick up my new parts this saturday

Here is what I am getting:

3" down pipe
EVO X BPV
Boost pill
Drop in air filter
A/F gauge
Boost gauge

Like I said starting easy :P

Reason I am getting the down pipe is because it is cheaper to buy one with the bungs rather then drill into my existing one. PLUS I will already have 1 piece of my new exhaust when I upgrade that

Add a few HP for now till I can do teh really big stuff this summer

Ok got my new downpipe

getting the filter and BPV next week
and ordering a boost pill soon.

gonna be a nice little project. hope to have it done soon

 

Get your self a very stubby 14mm wrench for the down pipe flange bolts, secondly if you have access to a lift it makes the swap a hell of a lot easier

 

no access to a lift unfortunately
and it is freaking cold outside so I will get a shop to do it lol :P

not gonna get it done for a bit now. still waiting for my BPV and boost pill. Then a tune so might as well get it all done at the same time

 

any suggestions for small easy no tune needed mods?

 

Drop in your air filter and swap your BPV once it gets there. You can also start ripping out any weight you won't be needing...

Well time for an Update

I installed a couple new small parts to my baby

I have the UICP but the rubble nipple does not fit the RA Inter cooler elbow. The nipple is for the Evo X So getting a new one that will fit. once i get that on she goes.


I also plastidipped my vents orange. here are a few pics
Gonna do all the badges orange also when the weather get's better.
Damn Canadian snow!!
