20G-9 from buschur.

so i got my turbo the other day. here are a few pics of it. also in the pics are the install kit and a set of 780cc injectors, all from buschur.

here is a comparison of how big the turbo actually is. on the left is a garrett turbo off a saab, in the middle is a k03 off a 1.8t golf. the ko3 is what i replaced in my golf with a k04, but dont be fooled by the size of it, that is a potent little turbo.

thanks again to the fellows at buschur racing for such quality and fast delivery. i cant wait to instal it and have it tuned. going for pump gas tune.

I used to get Full boost @ 1600 on my gti I miss that little K04

i replaced my k03 with a k04 but there was no way in hell i got full boost at 1600 rpms. no way. i would hit 20psi and drop to about 18 but no way i would hit that at 1600.

lookin good, I thought that the buschur evo 20's were supposed to liek retain stock evo turbo housing whilst retaining a 20g wheel?

They do.

Stock turbo from an evo IX (larger compressor housing) then they upgrade the 16G compressor wheel to their fabricated 20g.

Sweet man, turbo looks really good. You really cant compare it to a K03 though. We just took 2 of those off my buddies S4 and put AWE K04s on there. K04s arent no joke, his car really woke up with them on there. Get that turbo on your car and post up a review about it.

Yeah, but the S4's k03s can only flow about 75% of what that k03 you see in the pic can.
