AEM EMS for Evo IX

So I had the chance to go to get AEM Factory trained this past Thursday & Friday and as I am posting this it is a TRUE fact.

AEM is testing on a New Mitsu Lancer Evolution IX MR. They are almost finished and it should be released here soon! They would not give me an exact date but I am thinking prolly the end of July I would guess. If any of you ever have the chance to go get AEM factory trained I highly recommend it as I learned a great deal of all of the features AEM has to offer.

They are still in R&D and there's no published dates at this point. I've asked them to call us when they know more info.

anymore info on a release date, once this is available I will be ordering my AMS 50 trim

also from what I heard all factory trained AEM guys are pretty equal when it comes to tunning, that AEM makes it easy to set up cars for the most reliable power.

is this just B.S.

How would they all be equal?

Tuners with more knowledge and experience are going to have just that, more knowledge and experience.

It's easy to setup the aem for each car, because it comes with great instruction and great base map.

But really depending on the mods, your map could be drastically different.

Also, good tuners pays attention to details, instead of making clicking copy and paste, they actually change each box to have the most utmostly efficient curves.

That's my feedback.

Experience is what seperates good tuners from average tuners.

I'll be sure to have one as soon as they come out

mr type R, if you'd like one, I'd be glad to hook you up.

if you wanted im sure i could arrange junior to come down (former tuner from turbotrix and now works at ics in long island.. 1000whp supra and twin turbo viper..) but he definately specializes in dsm/evo's as he's had some fast versions of each.
