During Shifts...

I wondered if you guys had this happen. Between shifts, and I mean 1st gear engaged,...off the gas - clutch and then 2nd gear, it seems as though the engine keeps revving as if the throttle cable is stuck.

Could this be related to any setting within the EMS or could it really be a stuck throttle cable? It only does this in the first 3 gears or so or when up to speed 60+.

Could this happen because of the decel settings on that table? rpm/boost related? ...anybody?

accel and decel fuel are two of my weak points on the AEM, sorry I can't help. Here's a bump at least.

edit: on second thought, try playing with your high idle settings. they keep the car from stalling and may be set too aggressively.

Off the top of my head it sounds like the idle feedback is set too high along with the feedback value probably being off a little bit. You shouldn't need idle feedback above 1300-1500 rpms so this is somthing to check out. Also be sure the idle feedback table is tuned accurately across the entire rpm range.

alpha. great info, here my current settings:
1. High Idle RPM Offset 150rpm
2. High Idle Wait Time 2.00 sec.
3. Idle FB above RPM 400
4. Idle FB below RPM 2500

Whatcha guys think? Should I lower the wait time and drop FB to 1500 or so?

I have no idea about your setup but try the following ...

Hi Idle Car Speed 7
High Idle RPM Offset 150
High Idle Wait Time 1.50
Idle FB Above rpm 400
Idle FB Below rpm 1800

Also. Change your Fuel Off Above RPM to 1800. This also depends on your low rpm low load fuel map as well. If it isnt smooth it isnt going to work as good. Good luck
