Need base to get car started

New the the EMS, I will be taking the car to AMS for final tuning but hoping to get it started and movable before long so i can at least go around the block a few times and get a little bit of break in on the frest engine before it hits the dyno
engine is fully built

Speed Density
aem 5bar map sensor

HKS 272 cams
wiseco pistons, 20 or 40 over - can't remember which way we went but can find out
Polished, mild port job
ferrea dual springs/keepers/etc and 1mm oversized valves I & E
AMS intake mani
80mm TB
balance shafts eliminated
DC sports 3" downpipe - no cat
Greddy Ti Exaust
AMS intercooler & lower pipe
custom upper pipe w/Tial bov
Precision 660 injectors
MBC
walboro pump

not sure if there is anything else that matters, but that is all i can think of that would affect it. all help is appreciated)

(i spent the money building the motor before going with the bigger turbo which will be in the future but hopefully not too long)

Contact AMS for a calibration. They will probably ask for a deposit but you're going to them anyway. That's your best bet

I wouldn't go them at all then.

Find Sean Ivey and give him the money for the tune. He was spot on with mine first try, I just added a bit more timing.

i can give you my current cal file. i will jsut scale the injectors accordingly.

i have to admit, when i changed from oem injectors to my precission 880's & scaled them accordig to aem, there was still a lot to do with the fuel map.

maybe the slope of the fuel curve from a precission 880 to 660 is similar, just the volume is different.

pm me you email address & I will send it to you.

i know, i guess i just dont see what the big deal was - told them i would pay it all up front if i had to when scheduling my apt. would much rather get it started here and work out the bugs before i take it up there.

WOT has sent me a base that hopefully next week i can get plugged in when the car is ready to turn on and see where i am at to at least get it movable on its own power.
(it was put togther wnough last fri to roll out of the garage for the first time since dec! yippeee!)

ok, either i am an idiot or the stereo instructions from AEM are not helping.

got the car to turn over saturday, but i don't think anything else is working. as soon as the key is in the ON position the cooling fan kicks on - assuming the setting is too low.

guess i'll keep reading through the 217page manual to see if i can find anything???

got a cal from someone - but don't know how good or bad it is. hell, i can't even tell if i got it loaded into the ecm or not
