EcuFlash Mivec map conversion over to an AEM map
Hi
I have been working on converting an EcuFlash FQ360 Mivec map over to an AEM VVT map.
I would really like to get someones view on my methology
As far as I understand what needs to be converted
Load to PSI --- PSI = (load-100)* 0,14503 -- I saw this formula in the Ecuflash forum
Advance value to Retard value -- R = 14.69 - ((A/31) * (14.69 - 1.88)) -- this formula I found in this forum here.
The attached Excel spreadsheet is what I have been working on, the original Mivec map I am using is the FQ360 UK map.

i am trying to open the file but its not showing up as an MSExcel file? I downloaded the zip and opened it and its a different file type. Something that i cannot open w/out it being corrupted. Any tips or copies of simple excel file?
Thanks.
also... am i understanding this correctly?
Max Retard value = 14.69
Max Advance value = 1.88 ?
So its backwards basically from ecuflash? Also, what value is zero?
