Can anyone help.? My issue is that I have not had a motor or any power source in my car for over a year, my car was tuned and now that I have a put another motor in I ran into an issue. My buddy told me that the injector for the ems pulses once then stops. He has sprayed fuel into the throttle body and it runs great but, once he starts it normally it stops. I don't know where to start. Should I sent the ems to aem and have them fix it.? Its out of warranty.

Get a volt meter and check that you have power at every injector with the car on ACC.

Next pull the injectors and hook a 9v battery to them and see if they open and close.

Next check to make sure you fuel pump is working and pumping fuel

Next check your cal and look for anything that would prevent your fuel pump from pumping. There was a default setting on old cals, that would not run the fuel pump if the coolant temp was below 32* or something like that. So if you coolant sensor failed ant the failsafe is 30* your car would not run.

After that, call AEM and get some advice from them.

thanks for the info. I tok a look at the aem wiring and there were 3 wires. a black, a red and a green wire. The wires were not fully connected and that was why there was no pulse. So problem fixed.
