i just finished installing the EMS unit with 3.5 bar map sensor and the GM boost soleniod.. does your intercooler sprayer button works anymore.? because mine doesnt( i can not turn it to auto or manual any more). but i do notice that at WOT the sprayer indicator light comes on..??? why is this???
is there a function on the EMS that allows for spray calibrations.????

also... i am having trouble with altering boost on this unit. any pointers will be greatly appreciated.... thanks

 

the IC sprayer goes to automatic when you put the ems in there, the switch dosnt work anymore.

to raise the boost you will need to use bigger vac lines from the wastegate to the T and from the T to the boost soleniod and a larger T, keep the stock line from the Turbo to the T.

The autronic also takes control of the intercooler sprayer. With it there is no need to switch into auto, because the autronic kicks it in when needed. The manual switch still works though...

i dont have the pinouts on this computer.. but look through the 1313 PDF and find the output for the water sprayer... it should be LS-something or HS-something

then goto options _configure outputs.. then find the output that was listed in the PDF and you can change all the parameters there.
