Have found a way to dissconect ABS on GSR

Hey guys,

The ABS system on the GSR Lacer (CC) can be easily dissconected by running a ON/OFF swich to your dash from the ABS Fuse/Relay.

I have it setup in my car but it was there when i bought it, if anyone is interested I would be happy to trace the wires and get back to you.

I pulled the ABS fuse for the snow ('03 USDM Evo VIII), and the ABS light stayed on. I didn't notice any problems or the ECU acting funny or anything though.

Ahhh seems easy enough to do. Even though i dont have ABS anyway. But simply run a switch in before the fuse and WELLA. Switching on and off rapidly could possibly cause problems or even while running. Better of operating the switch with the car off but yeah anyway :O

May have been an easier way to connect the switch, to make an external fuse holder.. or they had trouble blowing the fuses..

I would only do this when the car is off only.. i have ABS on my car, but i am actually just going to remove the whole assembly.. seems a lot easier..

Actually.. this reminds me of a switch i made for a mate in his R32 GTR.. switch on.. constant 4wd... switch off.. RWD ONLY !
