Evoposer, it really wouldn't be that hard. What Mivec was saying isn't relavant to ur case, because u have a CC also - the motor is facing the same way. As Rexhunta said go and see a Turbo speacialist (or even a exhaust shop for the manifold) and just do a little research. It's realy not THAT complicated once u get into it... I had no clue about cars myself 18months ago, but now I'm a walkin automotive encyclopedia (or so I'd like to think ). Good luck, and don't let people confuse the issue.

This is not a hard conversion at all. What I was saying earlier was that the CC shape Lancers will find this conversion easier than the CE Lancers. At the price rexhunta is selling it for I dont think you can go wrong. The other parts wont cost you too much if you take your time about it. If anyone has any trouble just ask us, that is what we are here for.

evoposers running a CC with a 1.5 fuel injected mill.. so with his own intake manifold, and rpw's exhaust manifold he should be fine. he'll also be able to go batooooosh on gear change unlike i could.

last night in town i got scoffed at when i said the price, and the guy said something must be buggered. so to prove him wrong, went home and grabbed all the gear, took it in, and showed him, and his jaw dropped.. said i should easily lift the price an easy 2-300 hundred dollars at least..

i did do a lil research on the price before i put it on for sale.. and it is cheaper then normal..

Pete.

auto shoudlnt make a difference.

Ask the people, i have a tdo4 turbo, intercooler and pod. i have the the plates for the head, dump pipe and for the innard of the eaxhaust part of the turbo already made... how much too install it all.. hopefully the price may not suprise you.. but if you take your time and do bit by bit, you'll get a better deal soemtime, if someone does something, then someone does soemthing else.

Evoposer if I were you I would go for it. The car is perfect for all the gear, and from all the pictures I can see nothing wrong with any of it. As rexhunta and myself have said, you can do it bit by bit. Purchasing the gear is the first step. The fact that you have an auto will make no difference as I will doubt the boost will be high enough to effect it. In the future you could always drop a second hand manual trans in if you felt the need to change. Take it from me the prices that rexhunta is charging is cheap, I doubt you will ever see any of these parts for sale anywhere else for this price.

because usually all thats left is a some pipes, and hoses, you should be able to use you intake manifold, and engine, as long as boost is low.
