i have taken a photo of most of the gear i have sitting here, but i forgot to bring the camera to work, i'll pick it up at lunch time.

hi, ok, heres the piccie of the mains stuff, which under advice have been told $600 is the price that is everything that is shown. list is.. td04 turbo, intercooler, 4g15 exhaust gasket, the 3 plates, boost gauge and air filter. Any info lemme know, email is rexhunta@yahoo.com.au

Doesn't it say anything on the face? Is it red illuminated text on the face, cause I'm after somethin to match my VRX white dials.
I'm just quizing my mate about the turbo... I might start collecting bits for the upgrade.

its gotta white face, but no globe, so you can put a red one in there if you want.. there is nothing written on the face but boost and the numbers.. pretty sure they got it from a place like marlows.. i dunno.. all i know is that it works

Does anyone know how much a VR4 intercooler is worth?
Sorry Rexhunta, but I'm gonna have to plan out the entire system and see if I can afford it all, before I can commit to anything. I'm very keen though.
Did u ever get a quote to get the Turbo high-flowed?
How much for the injectors without the rail? Cause I don't think I could get rid of it here.

yeah dude thats fine hey.. whenever anyone is interested will sit down and have a talk.. my fiancees dad is looking into thinking bout the intercooler for his commodores supercharger ( VT Blown V6), but i suggested to him it may be a bit small to really do nething ( he's upped the boost 5 pound upto 8.. it made a differnce ) ! i suggested a nice apexi front mount, and modify his front bar sop the ***ka looks mean as to scare skyline drivers

Well it loks like the idea might have come to a grinding halt. I priced a Unichip fitted and tuned - $1700-1800. Thats more then the turbo, VR4 intercooler (priced @$495, but surely get 1 cheaper), plumbling (I know a dude who was a plumber at SUB-ZERO Performance in Brisbane), manifold and exhaust (finish off current cat-back system). Thats around $1500 + $1700 + Brakes and Engineering + $2200 insurance!
Unless I canget a Comp. cheaper, I'm affraid it's a bit out of my league at the moment.
Any suggestions Computer wise?

or, what bout getting the stuff now, and slowly putting it together, and keep looking in the quokka or somethig for a wolf 3d or something in that sorta way ?

Thats what I was originally gonna do (I'll pick up the trading post on the way to work), and I haven't blocked the idea out completely yet.
How much do u want for the gauge? Could u post a close up piccy? I wanted a vacuum gauge, but if I had a boost gauge, it would spur me on - a constant reminder of what should be...
The Dave from RPW is "Mitsuman" isn't he? I haven't seen a post from him in ages.

i wanted $100, and that was cheaper then it should be, but i'll go $80, and i will try to get a photo on the weekend, and post it monday
