1995 Lancer Evolution III
ATS 16g/20g hibrid turbo
Blitz ebc set at 18psi normally
3"dump and hi flo cat into restrictive 2.5" cat back (soon to be corrected)
VR4 rods and pistons ( stronger rods, lower comp= more boost capabilities)
Large A.S.E. custom fmic and 2" piping in and 2.5" to tb
HD clutch
17" wheels with Potenza SO3 tyres.

Recently run 12.5 @ 109mph.
Should run 12.0 , but stock fuel pump is starting to fail causing detonation, so upgrading shortly, after which boost will be up to 20- 22psi.

Att pic is with stock 15" Oz Racing wheels and stock fmic.

My Pride and Joy

Hi all,
Mines a EVO 6.5 TME Silver and i love my car. Pretty standard except for a massive exhaust and a high flow cat.
Think i'll get a motec soon
Is that the best computer?
What do you think, and who should i use, I'm in Perth

Hi Hammer..
I own the same car as u, just that mine in white. Havent bump into ur car yet on the road. I've been asking around for the computer as well in Perth. As being told, Motec M800 is the best at the moment but the price is too high and they suggested me to use Apexi Power FC.
Motec of course is a better choice but the price are way too high. For my personal opinion, i think Apexi Power FC will be fine if you dun wan to spent too much money. Cheers!

For you owners of EVO 6, 6.5, 7 and 8. Don't underestimate the tunability of the factory ECU. There is a guy in Australia that can set them up to race specs. Last years GTP championship winning Evo 7 had one of these "tuned ecu s" . Most other cars in the field run Motecs etc. Spark, fuel, boost cut , antilag etc can all be done. All you need is to send your ecu to him and he will set it up and send it back to you ready to plug back in . This is a much better alternative as you keep all the basic factory parameters and alter the ones that need changing to improve performance. Also police are now defecting cars with aftermarket ECUs.
Why pay several thousand dollars when you can have you factory ecu tuned for around $1k. If you want more info, e-mail me, and I will put you in direct contact with the tuner himself.
