Kind of a long drive but it's the biggest lot in the area so it's sure to be fun.

 

If you skip this one, the next one isn't until April 29th.

Unless you want to run the ProSolo which is the 20th through the 22nd. But that's a whole other game.. Think autocross with a drag race start from a staging tree.

 

My brother and I will be out there for sure. We got to beat those subies. We will be co-driving his car again with my 285s.

PS I really want to try pro solo one day. You down Jeremy??

This is our first event for the SvM Cup! I will be signing up for my first attempt at autocross. I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do. I'll have to get new tires, pads, and rotors before the race, though. I ruined everything I had at MSR last weekend (that was my goal) Tires could be a problem because the RS3's are backordered until May

 

Ouch, until May?? What size are you looking for. There may be someone on the boards that has a set laying around.

 

I'm looking for anything for 17" wheels. We have a set of slicks for sale at the shop, but I'm not prepared to use those for my first autox.

 

Only $25! I just registered.

235/45/17 RS3's were on backorder so I went with 245/40 a month or so ago and got them immediately. Is that an option, Todd? Or can you not go past OEM width per NASA rules?

Anyway, this should be fun!

 

I sent a message to a guy that sometimes has new sets of rs-3s. We'll see if he has a set.

 

I have to stick with the 235 width for points reasons.

Anyone have directions to mineral wells. I always follow Jose and never paid attention.

Also everyone better sign up quickly. There are already 44 drivers registered. I'm not sure what the cut off is.

 

I'm trying to sign up for this event but I have no idea what "Class" I'm in. I'm a complete novice for autocross. Can somebody help?
