AMS EVO VIII 1200hp fuel system
We just finished up our new fuel system. We've been fine tuning it for a while to make it a clean install and still retain the stock gas tank functionality. Our fuel system will support over 1200hp. It comes complete with detailed insturctions so anyone with some mechanical aptitude can tackle this project. A seasoned mechanic can have it done in one afternoon. As usual with our products this product fits well and comes with many little inovations to make it easier to use and install. The list of parts is huge and we're working on a product release brochure this weekend. I will put up a link as soon as it's done. Price is $1495.00, but if you already have a walbro 255lph HP in-tank pump then it's $1395.00. The nice thing about this system is that no-one will tell it's not stock. There is no fuel cell, no big and loud external pump, it's all clean, neat and tucked away. This is the last and only fuel system you will ever need.

Nice, what are the benefits of upgrading the fuel system? I myself have injectors and the walboro unit. Does the stock system become a detrament after a certain power level?

I'd say a walbro pump is reliable to 500whp. After that you're on your own. I've pushed mine to about 600whp but it was done, fuel pressure wasn't steady and the pump was working hard. I'd recommend this fuel system to anyone with a turbo kit. It's added insurance and you'll never have to worry about running out of fuel. It also comes with a FRP so if you're on the edge of maxing your injectors out you can bump up the fuel pressure and get that inj. duty cycle down.

No there is no swirl pot. The stock fuel tank does have it's own version of a surge tank, it's hard to explain but if you take the sending unit out you can see it's seperated from the rest of the tank and has a small feed on the bottom to keep that part full and wont' let all the feul slosh to the back when the tank gets close to empty. If you're going to road-race the car I'd suggest keeping more than a 1/4 tank of gas in it at all times. We have some customers that are road-racing there cars on the stock tank and I haven't heard of any problems yet.

There is no cheap way to make a complete easy to install race fuel system. If you make your own with a fuel cell and piece it together with an external pump it will come out just about the same plus it will me a lot more work and fabrication. This one is truly a bolt in kit that someone with any mechanical aptitude can install in one day.

sorry for being a smart *** , I know we need pics up there and a better description. But to answer your questions..yes all new aeroquip S.S. braided lines are included. This is a great kit and everything you need to support 1200hp is included.
