You would have to define pump gas. If you're talking about 93 Octane (Ron+Mon/2), then you can boost to ~23psi, no matter what kind of turbo you have (3071, gt35r, 16G, etc.). 91 Octane is even less than that. Try to push more than 23psi on 93 Octane, and you will start to get detonation.
