From what i've been paying attention to foor the past few years... the 50 trim is probably the best solution for a pump gas setup. It will make you good power. I think after i get my finances sorted out this will be the turbo setup I will go with.

I never thought I would own a car with a turbo kit. I spent a lot of time with Eric on the phone and emails. Through a lot of conversations this kit was the best for what I am going to do with it. This car hits hard and quick.

Very excited to be putting 500 horse to the wheels on a stock 2.0 other than cams, no race gas with a flash. From my understanding that is very good power.

Did you get a discount on the price? The website lists it as $4350.

I too was eyeballing this kit as I'd like to keep the spool down low for some *cough* street action.

I had a credit with them for $100.00, I know my car is not as fast as most of you, but this kit is crazy. If you add a 2.3 to this, it would be insane!!!

Did you have AMS flash you for this, and what size injectors are you running? Seriously considering this kit myself. What sort of mixture are you running through your alky kit (alky, meth, alky/water)

Edit: N/M I saw that you were running meth and had them flash you What size injectors and what cam setup?

yo, those are some serious numbers. I want to go for a ride.
Come out to the St Charles meet on April 15th, it will be a bunch of local guys and a mix of Evo's and some V8 ponies.

Ok guys the turbo is a 50 trim ball bearing with a .63 A/R exhuast housing and an E cover.

The kit retails for $4350 and if you would like the wastegate vented to the atmosphere it knocks $100 off the price of the kit (its easier to make that O2 Housing)

The turbo Spools very quickly as steve can attest to.

This is a fantastic Pump gas turbo. We liked it so much that we replaced the GT3071R turbo with this lower cost option.

Steve has an AMS flash 680 cc injectors, HKS 272 cams, AMS FMIC, AMS Upper IC piping with Greddy Type S bov, ARP headstuds, Walbro Fuel Pump, HKS DLI ignition, AMS water injection Kit, AMS VSR Intake Manifold.AMS Catback exhuast, Manual Boost Controller and an ACT Clutch kit if I remember correctly.

Im going off memory here but Im pretty sure I got most of the important pieces.

Eric
