To quickly quiet him down, he did get a slip putting down over 900. He just put down more horsepower on Buschurs dyno then they did at the time, then when Buschur went onto a dynojet Al assumed he put down over theirs.

AMS's car is going to haul this year. Props to Martin.
I have to agree with AL. Import racing and its sanctioning bodies has went down the ****ter. The rules are whacked. If a person builds their car to conform one year, the next year its obsolete or outdated already. Five years ago import racing was booming. Now that attention has been turned to show cars and contests of such, and drifting. Anyone notice what "big name" import sponsors have dissapeared from NHRA and NOPI, IDRC and are showing up at drifting events as sponsors, or with competing cars and drivers. Many factors can be attributed to the downfall of import racing. For one, the cars got so fast. That the cost to even build and remain competitive with a car got to astronomical levels. The richest or well funded teams seemed to flourish the most. One can say Shep is basically a privateer and is sticking it to the BIG teams. But he is the exception. There are other examples like Shep but not that many overall.
AL hit the donkey on the *** by saying his passion is about his car and his goals. Thats what its all about. If parts hold together there will be possibly 3-4 EVO's into the 8's this year or knocking on the door to get through.

when i first clicked this page the pic loaded and i only saw the top half of the car and said ohh my god they made an na evo....going from 800hp to na and it says they were busy!! then i scrolled down and saw the setup hahahaha. BTW do u use race gas and spray alky on the shop car?? the extra trq would be bad ***.
