AMS 2.3 Stroker w/ 50 trim
I just got my car back from AMS and all I can say is WOW! The 2.3 Stroker is awesome with the 50 trim. I don't have the graph but I am sure Eric might be nice enough to post it if he is feeling better.
The car just pulls extremely fast and hard, boost is immediate!
The Exedy HD clutch is nice but damn is it noisy!!! The shepard racing trans and transfer case stage 1 is beautiful car shifts very nice and easy. Huge difference from the stock evo tranny.
Buddy Club Racing Coilovers, WOW!! Simply amazing, set to AMS Specs these are one of the nicest coilovers I have driven on. It's actually a softer ride but the handeling is incredible! I am extremely happy with everyone at AMS, all of the techs are extremely nice, Eric and Chris are a huge help and Martin is amazing with his tunning abilities.
The car is amazing,
Eric could you help me with loading the dyno sheet?
When he posts the graph keep in mind that the car is only on 26PSI, Flash, Methanol and 93 pump.

YOur dan right?
Yeah itsmy daily driver with a flash.
Martin upped the boost to 28, he was guessing at 480 whp and 450-460 torque. The dyno sheet that Eric will help with was at 26 psi.
I have the dyno sheet, I just don't have a scanner. However at work and sheet is in the car!
I will post dyno #'s off the first dyno later tonight.

I love it, it is freakin crazy.
Eric from AMS was laughing and said easy Steve she likes to go into the other lane when your getting on it.
The car is just fun and quick
NOTE: Be careful if concidering the Solid motor mounts, great part but not very good on a daily driver.

sweet setup!
That would be what I would like to do in the future.
A few questions..
1. With the stroker, what RPM does the turbo start spooling at?
2. how much did it all cost ya?
3. Is there any harm in running a ecu reflash with a stroked motor?
4. what's your redline at?
5. give us a better review on your setup, i dont have it, so i'll experience it through your write-up lol

To answer a couple of questions: yes I am running a HKS DL11 ignition, I have been smiling to much to notice when boost kicks in but I believe its right around 3500-3600 RPMS. With the 50 trim, and anything higher than 28 PSI you are pretty much running the turbo dry, I have the redline to 8k. No point to take it any higher than that.
Overall, I really think the setup is suited for a daily driver. It just does not stop pulling through all gears. A friend with a modded cobra was giving me a hard time about spending that much money for only a bit bigger motor. I just laughed and took him for a ride, he said with a very stupid look on his face " that thing is insane" Nothing like the sound of an external wastegate with the full AMS TBE!!!!
