Looks like my old hood. The hole on that side is supposed to cool the manifold--its not for the intake

That's the first time I've ever seen an Evo on a rotisserie. Makes them easier to work on..especially those old restorations.

Accusumps are cool

Just a word of caution -- mine has a tendency to leak from the pressure release. More of an annoyance in the engine bay but I could see it being a pita in the trunk

If its leaking from the pressure release valve, you need a new valve. If its leaking from around the threads, it just needs to be resealed. Canton ships the units with tefflon tape which I remove and replace with tefflon past which I feel seals better. We have had no issues with the one on the TA1 car and thats mounted above the exhaust under the rear of the car.

610 before acid dipping. 570 after acid dipping. 73 lbs removed on first day but added back 8 lbs with the carbon roof. More weight has been removed since then but we dont have an exact amount.

Since you are going all out on this car are you also going to revamp your drag car or just mainly focus on the road racing one?

I am going to go ahead and guess 2450lbs as full race weight without the driver.
