Ams Vsr Intake Manifold Group Buy!!

Its group buy season here at the shop.

Normally our VSR intake manifold retails for $949.95

I am going to let the next 10 kits go for:

$874.95 SHIPPED!!!!!!
*continental US only*

*PLEASE ADD $200 IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO POLISH IT*

This only applies to 10 manifold and 10 manifolds ONLY

The AMS VSR intake manifold was developed from extensive engineering, R&D and dyno testing. A large capacity oval plenum acts as a pressure reservoir for each cylinder to draw air at high airflow rates. This allows for better air distribution and airflow compared to the stock intake manifold. The plenum base has large radius air horns to direct as much air as possible into the runners. This Velocity Stack Runner design has been optimized and tested on the dynomometer to give maximum results. The plenum base and head flange are beautifully CNC machined for a perfect fit. Each intake manifold is assembled, welded and pressure tested to over 40psi in a jig. High stress points are stitch welded from the inside to increase burst strength. Everything is included in the intake kit for a hassle free installation. Gaskets, bolts, vacuum fittings, and even a new custom dip-stick tube is provided. The AMS VSR intake manifold is a must for any evo with an aftermarket turbo, allowing for strong clean pulls to 9500+ rpm on race engines

Gains depend on state of tune and engine specifications. Expect from 10-40whp on street to full race setups.

***INCLUDED IN THIS KIT***

  • AMS EVO VIII VSR Intake Manifold
  • Throttle body gasket
  • Intake Manifold Gasket
  • Mounting Hardware
  • Vacuum Fittings
  • Custom Made Dip Stick Tube

AMS recomends any car looking to run less then 650 Whp should use either the stock Throttle body or a ported stock throttle body. This will ensure your stock Idle Air control motor to remain functonal and drastically improve daily Driveability

Take a look and see how the VSR improves Torque at higher RPM's

Once we have recieved payment in full your name will be added to the list. We have these units IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP*

*polishing could effect shipping time.

BTW that dyno graph is from a 2G DSM, but the manifold design is almost identical between the EVO and the 2G DSM intake.

This is a great deal. I've had other race teams approach me at different events and ask how much we sell the manifold for. They usually guess around 1500-2000$ and them tell me I'm crazy for selling these things for under $1000!

Eric/Martin:
Is there a downside to running this type of manifold, such as driveability issues?
I see what you've said about the adapter for use with the stock ECU, but is this less than optimal?

Thanks

No, I believe the stock T.B. flange we use is already machined out to match most of the ported T.B.'s.
