we had 2 guys here at shop hanging on the wing, one on each side. Trust me, it's very stiff. We used Aero-tube for the main struts. Any wing you mount to the trunk will flex the trunk lid like no other. This wing itself is a low drag, medium downforce single element wing that can take pretty high angles of attack without sending the drag to downforce ratio too high.

Wheels as Enkei RPF01's 18x10.5 - 19lbs each!!

Wing is sic, function trounces form every time. Moving the wing out and up takes it out of the disturbed airflow that vehicle creates, and increases the lever effect. Don't listen to the "mad JDM tyte" crowd. Go fast and make the posers cry.

Some of the angles make that wing look much larger then it is in person. The wing is just about as high as the car. Its SUPER strong. As martin said we had a guy hanging off of each side swinging like a monkey on a jungle gym. It didnt move. You might think its ugly but its going to work, and work well.

Function before Form is usually the motto with winning race cars, its not made to sit at HIN and look pretty, its made to go out and be the fastest car on the track.

Have you calculated how much force the wing will have to withstand on long straights (back straight VIR for example)?
