I'll leave the exact #'s out for now. Obviously the rods are longer which moves the pin up and takes weight out of the piston. If stroke is shorted, then yes the bore is bigger to make up the displacement. The actual displacement is 2260cc's so it's little smaller than the std. 100mm stroker. Well ok, I'll give one exact number out 
The rod ratio is actually higher than stock and the piston speeds come down because of two factors, stroke, and rod length. Using software, I've figured about a 160-180RPM gain just from the reduced G's because of the rod length.

If you take bit more comp height you will be over factory rod ratio. You could also use a smaller pin diameter too...21mm pin = .5mm longer rod.
Double checking numbers...
150mm is stock rod
4G64 block is 6mm taller than 4G63
CH from a stroker piston is about 6.3mm shorter IIRC
94mm crank is 6mm longer than factory
150mm + 6mm + 6.3mm - (6mm/2) = 159.3mm rod
Sometime I really wish I had been chosen for one of those AMS former FSAE engineering jobs.

If using the same compression height of a 100mm stroker piston; you'd be around a 1.7:1 with a nearly 160mm rod...these are just off the top of my head and what I recall dimensions as being. I'm a subie guy without numbers in front of me, so please forgive me for tossing out some numbers I did about 2 years ago.

...that I know of.
But he decided he'd rather stroke it and run a short rod. It is sitting with a sleeved 4G63 2.4L now.
