AMS EVOs dominate the SCCA Summit Point National T2!
AMS would like to congratulate Marty Grand and CJ Moses for an amazing job at the SCCA Summit Point National last Sunday! The AMS sponsored EVOs dominated the very tough T2 class finishing in 1st and 3rd!
Here is the rundown of the race day from Marty:
The cars in our class were, 2 350z's, BMW M3, a Camaro and a Pontiac Solstice GXP. I qualified 3rd and CJ qualified 4th, when the flag dropped CJ and I used our power advantage to jump to the lead with me in 1st and CJ in 2nd by the time we got to turn 1. CJ held off the GXP and the 350Z for a lap until they finally got around him. For the first 12 laps of the race I battled Bill Ziegler in his GXP (2nd in the 2007 Runoffs) as he was trying to get around me, He eventually burned his brakes up trying to do so and he had to drop out of the race. The last half of the race I battled nose to tail with former SCCA national champ and SWC driver Rob Hines in his Nissan sponsored 350Z eventually taking the checkered with less than a second separating 1st and 2nd. CJ finished on the podium as well in 3rd place after having some great battles with Rob Hines and Seq Quinnones in his Camaro.

Thanks for the kind words and a big thanks to AMS and the crew for ensuring that we have the fastest cars in T2. I now have 23 races and numerous track days on my car and have never had even one engine or tune related issue. Power and reliability!!

Nope...no problems with the RPF1s. The set you see is the only set I have of those and three sets of the Kosei's like on Marty's car. All new purchases will be NT03s for the additional strength.
