How about this:
But, just all tan with black accents (like all black wheels, door handles, etc.), then this logo but manipulated to have the mitsu diamond instead of the star and "AMS" instead of "U.S. Army". (hope that isn't too plagiarized...)

I'm not good at photoshop so maybe some of you baddazzes could pick up my slack, buuuuuut...
I was always a huge fan of TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY...
You could have some awesome graphics of the car's carbon fiber and sheet metal "peeling away", because you're "doing battle" with the other car's and you're going so F*CKING fast that your car's skin is RIPPING OFF!

How about something with the devil? Red, mean..... All characteristics of Tommys Car.
I am no where near good at using photoshop, but you could incorporate it somehow into the vehicle.

samuel here from predator performance in p.r!
i was thinking of the scheme for the salt flat racer and it was mentioned that it would wear salt flat blank wheels. when i thought of that this idea came to mind,
why not paint the solid wheels white, keep the whole car red and make it look like a bad *** radio flyer! it kind of has a nostalgic coolnes to it and the car with the one pice front and all would look killer!
just a thought!

i would have no clue how to do it but Id do a custon tan color(a first for an evo, i thinkk) and i would have a devil air brushed into the paint(somehow). The devil would be comming out of a sort-of dust tornado with a big mean grin on his face

Get one of those car graphic wraps for the entire car as a digital image of the salt flats from an aerial view and paint the wheels to match. While moving at speed it will look like a blur shooting across the horizon. Or like a hump under the surface like bugs bunny in one of those older cartoons. And I think they can hold up to the speed, there are dragsters that see more speed and they stay attached to them.
