I just ordered the 5 speed shifter bushings that include free shipping. When I checked out, I had to choose a shipping charge in order to continue. Will the shipping charge be taken off when the order is processed?

You can see the differences in the item description pictures. The shifter base bushings are 8 identical bushings that replace the soft rubber pieces at the base of your shifter where it bolts to the floor under the center console.

The underhood bushings are 4 different pieces that replace the rubber inserts at the transmission end of your shifter cables.

Should take the average person with hand tools in the driveway an hour or so. You remove battery, remove clips and washers at shift ends, slide shifter ends off tranny, push old bushings out. The installation is opposite of removal.

I believe they come with brief instructions.

AMS, i cannot register myself, it says i have an acct that already exists but i tried every email address i have and no go!!

btw. w/ the shifter bushing, which one will help u get into gears better at higher RPM's? Near redline when u try and shift it gets tough to throw it into gear. Do i have to buy a mount for that?

Go Lancer GO, that sounds like an rpm related clutch release issue. I really dont think any bushing or mount is going to totally eliminate that. What clutch do you have?
