**Product Release**AMS Nissan GT-R 90mm Midpipe / Y-pipe

The AMS Nissan GT-R 90mm Midpipe is one of the largest available on the market. Using a large 90mm (3.5”) primary pipe we were able to optimize exhaust gas flow. Most systems implement two 76mm (3”) pipes that Y into a 76mm primary pipe causing turbulence and unnecessary backpressure. By making our primary pipe 90mm we are able to greatly improve exhaust flow, freeing up horsepower and improving spool time. With unrivaled fit, finish and performance the AMS Nissan GT-R 90mm Midpipe will easily support any future modifications.

One thing to consider is the value of the car. Joe Smoe isn't going to go buy a GTR, thus the need for quality engineered parts. Sure you could pay half the price, for a smaller, poor fitting, turbelance causing midpipe....but on this car...I think the price is justified...

Supply and Demand....... if no one buys the part the price will come down, if it sells the price isn't moving.... i have a feeling with AMS' track record they will have no problem moving these parts out of their shop.

Well AAM (altered atmosphere) whos been working with the VQ engines for a long time they were the first in the United States to own an All-Wheel Drive DynoJet Dyno and built in the US.

Trust me I absolutely love AMS and everything they put out is top notch. But they are venturing into a new market and need to be priced competitively.

Price seems right to me... you got to think the price is higher due to the limited number of GTR's vs other cars.

Wow guys it looks like a solid piece!
I'm sure in the market for gt-r parts that the performance and quality of this piece will put it ahead of the competition but the price sure does makes me glad I don't own a gt-r lol

I really do like like that car and would even of bought one if they build a traditional 6 speed manual and now that you guys are making parts for it nissan just pisses me off even more. Just not a fan of the SST or Nissan's Semi-auto tranny. Really nice parts like always!!

It's called GTR tax...if you can afford $20k markup on the car you can afford a couple hundred $$ markup on some piping That's just basic marketing.
