E85 tune on stock turbo IX?

After a 04 STi and a 04 evo, I'm close to picking up a low mileage, bone stock 2006 RS that will be stored over the winter. I was hoping to get some mild mods in prior to snow - which could be 1-4 months away knowing the midwest.

My first thoughts were TBE with test pipe, intake, fuel pump, and lower IC pipe tuned on E85.

Two questions -
1- Given limited budget, does this seem like a good first step - ie is it worth it to tune the stock turbo on E85, etc.? If so would increased boost on E85 also require larger injectors?
2 - What whp could I expect? Do you have any dyno graphs of similary modded cars?

Yes. Mod list looks good.

Yes. For 28psi boost you will need 1,000cc injectors.

Depending on dyno, 360-380whp. Lot's of dyno graphs; search in the Alternative Fuel sub-forum and in the Dyno Tuning sub-forum.

EDIT: Here is Simon's car with similar mods. He made 383/383.

If you plan on fully modding your car i would say start collecting parts untill you know you wont change things for a while.then throw them on and tune it. That way you wont have to pay again and again for re-tunes if you decide you want to add more stuff or get some more power. To run e-85 you have to upgrade your injectors. 1,000 cc is what you should get.
