Is this the normal price for an oil change?

The first time I got an oil change it was 20 bucks at 5k. The next time I decided to go synthetic and it was 50 bucks!! this was all at Canadian Tire. Now Im nearing 15k so I go to Midas to get a price... 70 bucks for an oil change!! (synthetic)

I really dont wanna do it myself with all the unscrewing, the disposing of the oil, the changing of the oil filter etc. (do I sound pathetic?) seriously, is this what everyone usually pays? can the dealer use synthetic motor oil or do they have to use that official stuff? if so how much do they charge?
