MAF sensor gone bad?

CEL on, P0102, engine idles above 2000rpm
does this sound like the maf sensor?

if i uninstall the cobb ap and put the stock air filter back in but leave the test pipe and cat back on, will dealership warranty it?

I would take out all your mods but if u really don't want to just leave the cat-back, they can't really hassle u about a cb. I was up at Valley Mits in Kelowna getting some warranty work done a while back and i followed them into the shop to watch what they were doing, right away they start taking pics of my engine and under my car and checking for flashes. I was like WTF. They told me that Mits has new warranty rules and with any warranty work they HAVE to check for any mods and signs of flashes and take pics for future warranty claims so u can't try to pull one on them if u remove any parts in that affected area at a later point They also have to send the pics and notes ets to the regional manager for him to approve for any warranty work over $400. Better to be safe then sorry.

already on a EVO X? have you take it out to see if dirty inside
