Just go back to the dealer who sold you the car and demand a battery out of one of the other Evo X's problem solved. They sold you the car with a POS battery in the first place.

I bought my car new at Steven's Creek Mitsubishi and the battery was dead the next day too. They told me that they would give me a new battery as the car was the showroom car and was there for almost 1 year.
They put a regular Lancer battery in my Evo MR and ordered a new battery. I am waiting for its arrival.

I bought my X at Stevens Creek Mitsu and have serviced it there twice now - the service manager there is pretty friendly, but I don't like how he claims to give 'good discounts' off the service bill. Price still seems regularly high at the end of it.

I have actually had quite a good experience at Concord Mitsu. They squeezed me in for a major service the next day, and at a fraction of what other dealerships were charging. I highly recommend them. They EARNED my business. -stuie

I hope the leadership at these locations are reading this, because they need to get their **** together. I've had bad experiences calling AND showing up at these dealerships, with simple requests. They are rude, unresourceful, unsupplied, and clueless

This place is the worst. period.
I called in advance to ask them if they have any Lancer Ralliart on the lot and they told me that they have a lot on the lot and are ready to be look at/test drive. So I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and once I got there, I spoke to the lady who was on the phone with me. She straight out told me that "Sorry we don't have any Ralliart on the lot, would you be interested in some other model like GTS or Evo?"... Man I was super **** and left that place within seconds. Really, avoid this place at all cost.

I think im being scammed by them.
I purchased a 2008 Evo X MR from them (late August), and traded in my vehicle. They were suppose to completely pay off my vehicle. Long story short i just got a call from the bank in which I financed my "supposed" previously owned vehicle. Looks like Capitol Mitsubishi hasn't paid my vehicle off, and now im 35 days late on "MY" payment.... The bank told me theres not much they can do, and im getting the run around from Capitol Mitsubishi about why the vehicle hasn't been paid off (crazy thing is you can buy the vehicle, because its listed on there site as for sale) they claimed to have paid it off.
Im going to call the BBB on them, this is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had.
I would not suggest purchasing a car from them. Go to Veracom or South Coast in SO-CAL.
I think I saw you there. It was early in the morning. I was having a recall performed on my vehicle. Doesn't surprise me they pulled that. Shady...
