Cobb Version 2.0 Maps
I noticed the next version of Cobb maps have been in beta for what seems like a while now. When will the official (not beta) 2.0 maps be released? When are the ones for specific filters being made?

I've been waiting for a beta Injen for quite awhile now. They said that they want to update their ATR software first. My ETA: keep waiting

good luck bud. There have been multiple threads about this, and there's no telling when the final maps will be out. Cobb says just wait. i've been waiting for almost half a year. They're very reputable though, so i mean.... i trust that once the next batch of OTS maps come out, they will be awesome. Fingers crossed.

^^^Thanks... I realized that later. I saw advice on this forum at first saying to use the HKS panel maps if you had a drop in filter... but after I looked into the theory more... I reazlied the K&N filter wouldn't change how air flows around the MAF sensor at all... so I should just use the OEM maps.
I guess I didn't realize you weren't necessarily altering the map because there was an air filter... you would alter the map if there was a change in how the air flows around the MAF sensor.
I'm using 1.08 maps now for the stock air box and the car seems to be working fine.
I tried the 2.0 beta map for like 15 minutes lol... but it made the transmission act all weird. Gentle engagement of first gear... really lazy (slippage) shift to second... then quickly goto third... then almost skip 4th and goto 5th gear. It was really weird... I swear I pulled over on the side of the road and changed the map back to the non-beta one less than 10 minutes away from my house!
