Can accessport be tuned for map tuning?
Tried searching and came up with nothing. Can a protuner build a tune so that BOV can be vented to atmosphere?

Yes. I have mine vented to atmosphere and tuned it as such.
It requires scaling the MAF and MAP and doing a couple configurations within the protuner software
